Bird’s Nest Dessert Recipe (No Oven Sweet Treat)

Main Idea:
Sevaiyon ka crispy nest aur soft chhena rasgulla eggs – ek unique mithai jo dikhti bhi cute hai aur taste mein bhi amazing.

Ingredients:
For the Nest:
1 cup sevaiye (vermicelli)
1 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp powdered sugar or castor sugar

For the Cream Filling:
½ cup sweetened cream (whipped lightly)

For Decoration:
Small chhena rasgulla (refer to attached video for recipe)
Silver vark (optional)
Chopped pistachios or almonds (optional)

Method:

1. Make the Sevaiya Nest:
Kadhai mein 1 tbsp ghee garam karo.
Thoda sevaiye daal kar halka sa roast karo till it turns light golden brown.
Ab isme powdered sugar ya castor sugar daal kar achhi tarah mix karo.
Jab sevaiye thoda chipakne lagen aur golden brown ho jaayein, gas band kar do.

2. Shape the Nest:
Ek chhoti steel katori lo aur usme thoda roasted sevaiya daalo.
Spoon se press karke edges par spread karo taaki beech mein ek chhota cavity ban jaaye – jaise chidiya ka nest.
Is katori ko freezer mein 15–20 minutes ke liye set hone do.

3. Prepare the Cream:
Ek bowl mein sweetened cream lo aur lightly whip karo till soft peaks form ya evenly mixed ho jaaye.
Cream ko ek piping bag mein bharo.

4. Assemble:
Jab sevaiya nest set ho jaaye, use freezer se nikaalo.
Beech ke cavity mein whipped cream pipe karo.
Upar ek ya do mini chhena rasgulla rakh do – jaise eggs nest mein pade ho.

5. Garnish (optional):
Thoda chopped dry fruits, silver vark ya rose petals se decorate karo.

Serving Tip:
Serve it chilled for the best texture — crispy nest, soft cream aur juicy rasgulla ka perfect combo.
