Here I discuss 6 key areas on which leaders must focus in order to unlock business agility in their organisations. I call these the Six Enablers of Business Agility

In a world marked by VUCA, volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity, organisations must be more nimble and adaptable than ever before. They must be agile at the organisational level. Most so-called agile transformations fail. They do so because of a narrow focus on processes, practices, tools and frameworks, while ignoring leadership & management, organisational culture, organisational structure, people & engagement, and governance & funding. These areas are vital to address.

Leaders who do not take a holistic, strategic approach to business agility transformations, are likely to fail. This video walks you through the areas at a high level. For more detail, check out my Business Agility Canvas (below).
