1/4 cup grated Carrot
1/2 inch grated Ginger
Coriander leaves
1 Green chilli
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
Curry leaves
A pinch of Heeng
Salt
1 tsp Eno/ cooking soda
