The BBC use a company called CAPITA BUSINESS SERVICES to extort money from as many households as they can on an annual basis by sending goons to non-licenced addresses to harass the occupants. If you don't have a TV or you don't watch live TV broadcasts, they hope that by harassing you enough with threatening letters and unexpected home visits, you'll be coerced into buying a Licence in order to stop the harassment. DON'T LET THEM BULLY YOU INTO HANDING OVER YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY! The easiest way to protect yourself from BBC TV Licence goons is to simply NOT ANSWER YOUR DOOR TO THEM.

Remember, TV Licensing Goons have NO AUTHORITY WHAT-SO-EVER! So PLEASE DO NOT feel obliged to talk to them or even answer your door to them. They have as much power as the person who delivers your local newspaper. As this video shows, they want you to give them INFORMATION so that they can use it against you to FIT YOU UP with a crime you have NOT committed. The simple way to protect yourself from these commission-hungry scumbags is to not answer your door to them. If you do answer your door without realising it's a TV License goon then say nothing further and then close your door. It's as simple as that.
