The Reason - For you Mom

8 years ago today my mom passed away. Every day since then I’ve been trying to be a better son, brother, husband, friend, and human being. I wish I would've listened to her more when she was alive.

My mother was the breadwinner in our family. I never understand what it really meant until she was gone. I wish would've said thank you more often. 

My mother suffered domestic violence from my dad. We always kept it secret. I wish I could take the pain from her all away.

My mother is the reason why I have so many privileges in my life right now. She sacrificed everything for me and gave me the best education she ever dreams of. I wish she could be next to me right now.

My mother never met my wife, I’m sure they would’ve gotten along very well. I’m blessed to have the love of these two wonderful women in my life.

I wish I would've listened, support, and love her more than I did. If I just would’ve known that February 15, 2013, it will be my last day with her, I would’ve been a better son.

I'm still missing her every single day. After she died, I found a reason for me to change who I used to be a reason to start over new.
