How to do a commercial conversion, part 1, Sady I could not condense this video or the information I wanted to share with you all about how to do a commercial conversion. I have waited 12 months to do this video, as I wanted to actually do it, rather than talk about it. Commerical conversions are a fantastic way to turn unused commercial buildings into livable homes or flats for people.

This commercial conversion was done under permitted development and throughout the video, there are many tips for property investors to take note of along with timestamps and chapters for your convenience.

For this particular project, I will breakdown over a two-part series everything about our commercial conversion and be happy to answer any questions you have below. So if I miss anything out please do let me know and I'll get back to you.
