People sometimes assume that Russians aren’t affected by wintry weather because Russia is such a cold country. In this video I explain why your russian friends are always complaining about being cold abroad even though it's not that cold outside. The key idea is that even though it might be extremely cold outside, but thanks to our central heating system, it's very hot in russian homes.
