HOW I CURED MY ROSACEA // IRRITATION // REDNESS // MY STORY

Hello my beautiful giants, thank you for watching! I really hope, that this helps some of you combat irritation/redness/rosacea. Sorry that the video turned out so long - but as I mentioned - it was the only video I truly wanted to share with you, so I put all that helped me into it. My tipps (as a summary and some in addition):

// check for food allergies, try elimination diet (sugar, dairy and wheat are the most common irritants, even if that´s not the case with me)
// let a doctor check for demodex - it has been linked to rosacea
// if a product doesn´t make your skin feel better after a day or two - it is not for you, as the bottle often says: discontinue, if irritation occurs
// lower your stress levels with exercise, yoga, sleep and if necessary, try organic calming teas and supplements
// reduce your intake of known culprits with rosacea like red wine, spicy food, very hot food in general
// try 'intermittent fasting' or simply 'eating less often with enough calories' - give your stomach enough time between meals to process the food, overloading your system might cause irritation
// listen to your body
// make your routine as gentle and AS SIMPLE AS POSSIBLE
// if something works well, continue, don´t get too bold that it´s cured too fast - it takes up to 4 weeks for our cells to renew themselves on the face, so give it time
