The Rain Sensing Auto Wiper System automatically turns on the wipers and adjusts the wiper speed depending on rainfall and vehicle speed.

This is the lever used to control the wiper system.

To set the Rain Sensing Auto Wiper System, make sure the ignition switch is in the ON position and then push the lever down to the AUTO position. The wiper will sweep once.

To adjust the sensitivity of the rain sensor, turn THIS knob.

The sensitivity of the Rain Sensing Auto Wiper System can also be adjusted using the lower touch screen display.
● Press the MENU button on the control panel,
● Then touch SETTINGS,
● Then VEHICLE,
● Then SPEED SENSING WIPER INTERVAL to adjust the interval as desired.

Be aware that even if it starts to rain, the wipers may not begin to function if rain is not directly hitting the rain sensor.

To turn the system off, push the lever up to this position. For constant wiper speed, pull the lever down to the LO or HI position.

In conditions of mist or light rain, push the lever up to MIST and you will get a one-sweep operation of the wipers.

To clean the windshield, pull the lever toward you and hold. Washer fluid will spray and the wipers will automatically sweep several times. The wiper then will operate approximately once every three seconds for a period of time in order to remove water or washer fluid that has dripped on the windshield. To enable or disable this feature:
● Press the MENU button on the control panel,
● Touch SETTINGS on the lower touch screen display,
● Touch VEHICLE, then
● WIPE DRIP.

To replace the wiper blades or clean the lower windshield, the windshield wipers must be in the service position. Place the ignition in the OFF position and within one minute push the windshield wiper lever up twice. The wiper operation stops in
mid-operation. The wiper arm can then be pulled away from the windshield for replacement or cleaning. To return the wiper blades to the original position, push the lever down to operate the wipers at any speed.

Turn Signals
To signal turns, move the turn signal lever upward for a right turn or down for a left turn. When you’ve completed the turn, the signal cancels automatically.

To signal a lane change, move the lever up or down to the point where the indicator light begins to flash, but the lever does not latch. Release the lever. The turn signal will automatically flash three times and stop.

Choose the appropriate method to signal a lane change based on road and traffic conditions.

To turn this feature ON or OFF:
● Press the MENU button on the control panel,
● Touch SETTINGS,
● VEHICLE, then
● LANE CHANGE (3 FLASHES).
