Jimi Hendrix's sister, Janie Hendrix, CEO of Experience Hendrix LLC, the company that manages the business of Jimi Hendrix, talks to the Wall Street Journal's Lee Hawkins about the Experience Hendrix, a series of tribute concerts that recently launched featuring legendary artists such as Buddy Guy. She also gives some details about the film the estate is working on with entertainment agency ICM about the life of Jimi Hendrix and Jimi's life and career. The company is not affiliated in any way with an upcoming film about Hendrix featuring rapper Andre 3000.
