Building the Tamiya 1/48th Scale F-15C "Eagle" Fighter Jet

This video chronicles my build of a 1/48th scale McDonnell Douglas F-15C Eagle fighter Jet – Tamiya kit #61029.

I used a mixture of black shading, the marbling/mottling technique, pre-shading, and panel washes to exhibit a weathered effect on the model.

Clips of the construction, sanding, masking, overall painting and detailing of this model are shown.

I deviated from the decals supplied in the box to custom brand this jet as a Lakenheath RAF based U.S. F-15.
