Is video me maine Backbend Flexibility ke 7 levels dikhaye hain. Level 1 sabse easy hai aur Level 7 sabse advanced.
**Levels Breakdown:**
- **Level 1**: Cat Pose / Marjariasana - Spine warmup
- **Level 2**: Child Pose Variation - Hip & lower back stretch
- **Level 3**: Bridge Pose / Setu Bandhasana - Glutes + spine strength
- **Level 4**: Seated Backbend - Chest opening
- **Level 5**: Camel Pose / Ustrasana - Deep front body stretch
- **Level 6**: Cobra Pose / Bhujangasana - Upper back strength
- **Level 7**: Downward Dog to Upward Dog Flow - Full body
**Important:**
Kisi bhi level ko force mat karna. Jahan tak aaram se ho wahi tak ruko. Saans normal rakho aur 20-30 sec hold karo.
**Mera Progression Tip:**
Week 1: Level 1-2 daily
Week 2: Level 3-4 add karo
Week 3: Level 5-6 try karo
Week 4: Level 7 tak jao
