Making A Wire Snare, Start to Finish

Here I demonstrate how I make wire snares, but not the full wire snare trap. There are a lot of ways you can make an effective wire snare trap to kill small game in a survival situation. You can make several of these easily and store them in a container in your survival kit.

I don't like snaring animals. I much prefer killing them quickly with a gun or arrow, but in a SHTF or survival situation, the wire snare may keep you alive. I'm not showing you this technique so you can snare animals in your neighborhood or poach or kill anything for giggles. This is for survival.
