Instant Justice for Speeding BMW

The left lane had been moving at about 75mph. The driver in front and myself merged to the right to let faster traffic pass. The BMW abruptly accelerated to at least 85mph - right in front of a speed trap. Troopers often sit on this downhill stretch.
Oh well, if they can afford a BMW, they can probably afford the insurance rate increase too :).
