2020 Animation Overview

I have to admit, I was not looking forward to making this (I almost didn't make it at all but I didn't want to break a pattern) because it would just epitomize how unhappy I am with the amount I've gotten done this year, but what happened was quite the opposite. Although my improvement isn't as visible or my channel didn't grow as much, making this really put into perspective how much I achieved in this hell of a year. I lost my hard drive, every file I've ever owned since beginning art and animation, and managed to bounce back. I got through online school and dealt with the burnout. I got through my busiest semester of school. I submitted college applications, making individual portfolios, and got the acceptances I wanted. I finished a project of 2+ years. I went out of my comfort zone, all while living through the most nightmarish situation that epitomizes all my worst fears. I think I did pretty alright.

It may seem like you didn't do your best when you look back on this year, but remember that the fact you got through it is enough, and don't let what you didn't accomplish override your successes.
