They're pretty helpful if you want your tank to move! Unless it's one of those fancy ones that can move without tracks... But an M3 Lee is not an old soviet BT series tank...

These independent metal track links are pretty easy to install... There is a bit of clean up involved, and while it's not too difficult at all, it is a little time consuming...
