Items used:
5/8 inch hole saw drill bit (can be sized to your preference)
30 gallon metal trash bin
Bricks, cinder blocks, scrap pressure treated wood, or any other weather safe item to raise your bin for airflow.

Brown materials:
Mulch
Sawdust
Cardboard
Paper
Dried leaves
Shredded bark and branches
Top soil

Green materials:
Vegetable cores and scraps
Fruit cores and scraps
Fruits and veggies past their prime

NOT composting materials:
Cooked foods
Oils and fats
Animal products
Bones
