The directors came up with Flynn's look from a "hot man meeting" -- where they gathered all the female employees into one room and asked them what makes a man attractive. The women gave their opinions on eye and hair color, style and body type -- and were shown footage of Johnny Depp, Brad Pitt and David Beckham, among other celebrities.
