In E046, Jose Jafferji talks about his approach to real estate investing which includes his experience in building a portfolio of over 40 units and flipping properties in the $400,000 to $800,000 in Toronto Ontario. Jose's primary business at the moment is focused on flipping about one house per month but he is also planting seeds to acquire and develop a property with multiple rental units.

Jose goes by the handle SavvyRealEstateInvestor and he is exactly that. He has completed many duplex conversions and gut-and-fix renovation/flips on old century homes in addition to managing his own rental properties and his prospecting business.

Jose proved to be a wealth of knowledge when it comes to teaching about how to find off-market properties with motivated sellers. He discussed everything from finding leads on Google, Bing and Facebook to the way he negotiates with the leads that he gets. I really appreciated how systematic Jose is and how simple he makes his business seem.
