About My Mini inverter setup Video
This video is only for Electrical Experts, Electricians and Electrical students. In this video I have explained three methods for using mini inverter. This video is about how to setup/installation of small/mini inverter at home and Shops without altering existing wiring and light up the existing 5 /6 LED bulbs or small device which falls under 45 watts eg. Trimmers, charges, BLDC fan, small fans, LED fancy lights etc.
For this we need a small inverter capacity of 45 watts or more which is available, 1meter cable 2C×1sqmm or normal wiring cables used in house, 2nos of two pin plug connector.
After connecting 2 pin plugs to both ends of cable, We can go to installation and commissioning work.
When EB mains fails (Power failure occurs)..

Step 1 : Switch off the mains switch in old house and DP isolators / ELCB/RCCB what where available in DB box which isolate EB supply from house /shop.
Step 2:Switch of the power device MCB if available or switch off all other devices manually through switch boards in house.
Step 3: Connect the inverter with house wiring with cable through 6A socket as shown in the video.
Step 4: Switch ON inverter and Switch ON on the Socket Switch in inverter too.
Step 5: Switch ON the 6A Switch of Socket in switchboard and Switch ON the lights one by one. You can Connect maximum 5- 6 LED bulbs simultaneously with 45 watts inverter, if higher Watts is using more lights and devices can be operated.
Step 6: Very important and final step. When EB supply returns or EB supply comes, We should disconnect our inverter very carefully in reverse order of connecting inverter. That is
1)Switch off mini inverter.
2)Switch off 6A switch in switch boards.
3)Disconnect the cable from inverter and switch board.
4) Switch ON the power device MCB.
5)Switch ON the mains switch/double pole isolator /ELCB/RCCB.

Common Doubts :
1) How this is possible?
This possible due to the new LED technology with low power high ratings and high efficiency and also simple wiring techies (back feeding ).
2) How much back up will get?
Here we are using 45 Watts mini inverter with 12V lithium ion battery with having 7AH capacity. So the Maxim Watt hour capacity of battery is 12V×7AH=84 WH.
In practical we can use 80% this battery capacity, 80% of 84 WH=67.2 WH.
So, if we connected full load capacity of inverter (5 nos of 9 watts bulb),67.2/45= 1.49hours is the backup.
If we connected minimum load capacity of inverter (7 Watts bulb ),67.2/7=9.6 hours.
Thus the backup of this inverter varies from 1.5 hours to 9.6 hours depending upon the connected load.
3)If we connected a load higher than 45 watts unknowingly?
If we using a inverter with overload protection, the inverter will goes to overload mode and shut off its operations and when we off or disconnect the higher capacity device, the inverter will reset to its operations automatically or manually we can reset by OFF and ON again.

What all this to be noted Before purchasing the product?
1)Buy a product with maximum watts capacity and highest possible battery capacity which is possible according to your budget.
2)Always buy only overload protection available inverter which is more safe inverter compared to others.
3) If possible buy a device which has the clear battery stage indications. Eg full charge, low battery, ON charging, Mains ON, Overload mode etc.

Suggestions
If you spend 500 to 1000,we can Connect this inverter with manual change over switch /Automatic Change over switch. So that, We can avoid the risk of connecting and disconnect inverter manually every time. If you want to known how to connect such COS or ACCL device, you can comment on in this video.
