"Take Care Of Them" | Saving Hope

While the rest of the doctors of Hope Zion are mourning the tragic loss Joel, Alex and Maggie tearfully exchange memories of him as they process the news of his death and baby Luke's life. Joel's spirit visits Alex and tenderly kisses her goodbye, but just before he crosses over, he looks directly at Charlie and asks him to "take care of them".

From Season 3 Episode 18 "All the Pretty Horses": Joel and Zach help an army man in the field. Charlie and Dawn try to save a hand while Maggie and a really pregnant Alex take their board exams. Something bad happens to Joel whiles he's out with Zach. Alex gives birth.
