This cookie will not disappoint, with lots of creamy butter this little ball of lemony sweetness explodes with flavor! In your mouth!

Ingredients:
1 cup butter, room temperature
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp lemon extract
2 cups flour
Powdered sugar to coat

Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F/167C

Beat butter with an electric mixer for two minutes, add lemon extract and powdered sugar. Continue beating.
Add flour.
Beat until crumbly (that's our favorite word!)
Roll into 1 inch balls and place on parchment paper or silicon mat. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Immediate dust with powdered sugar.
Roll again in powdered sugar when cookies are completely cool.
Makes about 3 dozen.
