[Narrator] Welcome to award-winning UMass Dining's state-of-the-art facility, the Worcester Commons. Sample flavors from around the world and the unique food hall dining experience like no other on campus.

Our tandoor station features certified halal foods served with Middle Eastern flavors, all cooked in traditional tandoor ovens. Looking for just a snack? Try some of our delicious made-in-house hummus. The grill not only features student favorites, such as humanely-raised, antibiotic-free chicken and local beef sliders, but also the plant-based awesome burger. Stop by for a side of local roasted vegetables. Enjoy authentic Latin cuisine at our Cocina Latina station, along with customizable student favorites such as quesadillas, tacos, and more. Salads, snacks, and so much more at our greens station, where you can find fresh local produce, yogurt, and fruit served all day, including California grapes and Driscoll berries. Our bakery features made-from-scratch desserts right here from our bake shop on campus, who utilizes fresh, local ingredients along with cage-free eggs. Stop by for a treat that satisfies your sweet tooth. Acqua E Terra is our Mediterranean concept featuring artisan pizza, traditional pasta, along with traditional Mediterranean cuisine spanning from southern Europe all the way to northern Africa. Seasons station utilizes local seasonal produce, legumes, and grains customized into a buildable meal made perfect for you. All Seasons' offerings are both vegetarian and gluten-free. Student favorites return at our made-to-order wok station serving up made-to-order stir-fry. Nori station, where we individually hand-make each sushi roll to order. Our street food is back featuring authentic South Asian cuisine, including popular items such as vegetable lo mein and dim sum.

Our teaching kitchen provides students with a living food laboratory where we test recipes, give students hands-on experience with our baking and cooking one-on-one classes, and where we also feature guest chefs from all over the world.
