Seiko 'Captain Willard' Apocalypse Now (2020) SPB151 Review: It Had Me at Hello!

As a noob watch hobbyist (yes I'm not an expert, hehe), I can't remember a lot of watches that was like love at first sight. This piece though is one of them. The Seiko Apocalypse captured my imagination and instantly had me smitten the first time I saw it. I loved it even more when I found out about the story behind the piece. I was never able to buy one though since most of the ones circulating were crazy expensive.

HOWEVER... they came out with a "new" version this 2020 with the SPB151 AND it costs considerably less. I just had to pull the trigger on this one.

So yeah, enjoy this review of the Seiko SPB151, also known as the 'Apocalypse', 'Captain Willard', or 'Willard X'
