Amazon/Ebay DIY Rear Bumper Kit for Jeep XJ

I was going to design and build my own rear bumper for my Jeep XJ until I priced the materials. Steel is a bit pricey at the moment and I didn't want to spend 500 dollars on material to build a bumper when I could just buy one at that price. I did find a DIY bumper on Amazon that seemed reasonable at around 150 bucks. At least its a starting point!
