Thank you sooo much for watching my tutorial for a three strand twist out! This video also features a passage from the book "The Sun is Also a Star." I have read the book twice, and the second time through, I heard this passage in a whole new way. As black women, we have understood even from childhood that our hair was more than just something that grew out of heads. Its beautiful, controversial, thought provoking, and for many women a large part of their identity.

This is just the start of a larger conversation. I just wanted to post something to show my love for my hair, and hopefully you learn a thing or two along the way!
