Two arrested in Polk County for stealing human heads and other remains from graves in Mount Dora.

Sheriff Grady Judd is giving details about two suspects who were arrested in Polk County for stealing four human heads and other remains from graves in Mount Dora (Lake County) back in December 2020. The suspects told detectives the remains were stolen as part of their religious practice. Three of the four deceased victims were U.S. military veterans.
