KingSong KS-S18 - Getting to know the wheel [Shock settings and build quality]

Hi guys, the second ride video is up. In this video I go for a very wet ride here in the UK and also I am trying to figure out how to set the shock for my weight. I also get some miles on the wheel and get a feel for how it rides. I also have a look at the build quality of the wheel and point out a few places where they could have spent a bit more time on. But then again its a new design and they are trying to get the wheels out to the customer and COVID is all over the place.

It is always a fine line between getting a wheel out because customer keep on asking for it and holding it back to make sure all the details are ironed out.

The first batch of wheels are for the guys that understand that there are going to be some or none QC problems. The second and third batches usually gets the streamlined wheels. More production time and checks.

So I hope that if you managed to get a wheel from the first lot that its in good order. If not work through the problems and work with your dealer to sort it out.
