Archery Elk 2020 - Backcountry Hunting with Horses & Mules: Part 3 - The Highs & Lows of Hunting

This is part 3 of a 3 part series that I'm calling: Backcountry Hunting with Horses & Mules. With the hunt half done and one bull on the ground already we split into pairs to try and better our odds of locating elk. It doesn't take long before we get into the action. This hunt was a roller coaster of events and emotions, but that's the nature of bow hunting elk. As the sole person filming and trying to hunt myself, I tried to capture as much as I could on film for you, but I can't be everywhere at once. That being said I hope you enjoy following along as we conclude this year's archery elk season.
