Are We Really Better Off With Smartphones During A Disaster? I posed this question to Leo after sitting in the studio audience for the 9/11/2011 TWiT (This Week In Tech) web show. As I listened to Leo and his guests start off discussing the 10 year anniversary, I thought back to that day I got home from work and heard the horrible news. Yes, at that time I was working the late, late shift doing technology support for Ireland and Japan for a company that created pacemakers.
