Did you notice that all of these Japanese words share the same kanji?

良心 = conscience
熱心 = passionate / earnest
初心 = beginner's mindset
安心 = peace of mind
無心 = free from distractions

The common kanji is:

心 = heart / mind ❤️

This is one of the reasons I love learning Japanese through kanji.

At first, these words seem completely unrelated.

But once you understand the meaning of 心, you start seeing how they're connected.

Instead of memorizing five separate words, you're learning one core idea that appears in many different words.

That's how vocabulary becomes easier to understand and remember.
