Polymer Clay Cracklathon: Day 11
Welcome to Day 11 of a 30 Day Cracklathon with polymer clay. I'll be creating a different crackle veneer every day for a whole month.
Today I'll be using 99% alcohol again, but this time we'll use it on mokume gane to get the veneer to have a crackled look. Keep in mind that this technique works for any veneer so if you have a cane veneer, mokume gane, mica shift, just about any veneer can have this technique so long as it's made of clay and doesn't have any fancy surface treatments. Play around with it and let me know your ideas in the comments.
