World Population in 2020

World population 2020 visualized with 8 000 wooden blocks. Every block represents 1 million inhabitants. Every continent is represented with a different colour.

India and China have the largest populations of the world followed by the United States, Indonesia, Pakistan, Brazil, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Russia, Mexico, Japan, Ethiopia, Philippines, Egypt and Vietnam. With this map you can see both the population levels as well as the density of the population.

*Correction: Mexico is part of North America and not Central America, which is stated in the video. That mistake is on me and I can only apologize.
