Skills vs. AI: Do Human Skills Still Matter? #shorts

Do skills still matter when a tool can do the work for you? It's a question every business leader should be wrestling with right now.

Think of it like supervising a team. If your people are 100% reliable, maybe you don't need to know the details of how they do their work. But if they're not 100% reliable, the buck stops with you as the supervisor. And AI is definitely not 100% reliable yet.

That's the core of our argument: we still need people who know how the work gets done in order to effectively supervise the AI that's doing it for them. You can't review what you don't understand. You can't catch mistakes in a process you've never done yourself.

The supervisory role only works when the person in the chair actually understands what they're overseeing. Until AI is truly reliable, that knowledge isn't optional.
