30 Min Yoga To Feel Good | Full Body Yoga Flow For Mixed Levels
Welcome to this full body yoga practice to make you feel good. This is an energising and uplifting practice for the whole body for a mixture of levels so there will be options to make the more challenging poses more accessible.
In this practice we will:
- Begin with a dynamic wrist warm up
- Move into a spinal mobility sequence - including cat cow, puppy pose, wide cobra
- Build up to a standing sequence - including chair pose, warrior 1, warrior 3
- Practice an open hip standing sequence - warrior 2, reverse warrior, lizard lunge
- Come down to the mat for backbends - tiger pose, supine hip flexor stretches
- Work towards a final sequence - fallen star to straddle forward fold
- Finish with shoulder stand, fish pose and shavasana
