Homesteading TNT Ranch, Cottonwood Texas

My Dad and I homesteading the ranch near Cottonwood Texas. Excavated around 120 acres, burned it all and then planted grass seed. Also installed an underground water pipeline running from the well to a cow tank right in the middle of the property. Lastly, we put a 5 barbed wire fence dividing the property with 3 different gates.
