We ate WHAT?! Turns out this egg was a century old – hence it’s gelatinous texture and brown appearance! We start off by exploring a local market with Thai Akha Cooking School with Niti our guide, with the idea that if you ask what something is… well, then you have to eat it! We eat some weird and wonderful things in this video.
