Post-war America saw a boom in "European-Style Road Racing". Troops from overseas brought these new fangled "Sports Cars" home with them from Europe, and with the first wave of American designs making its appearance in the 1950s, it was a magical time for motor racing.

Marlboro Motor Raceway was one of the many circuits which sprung up around the country to accommodate this new obsession. And what a magic little circuit it was! Always turning, always moving, ups and downs. Paired with a car like the first-gen Corvette, its not hard to see why this was so popular!
