No single day passes by without a client asking “how to scale up to n teams”. In fact, “Scaling” may be one of the most en-vogue words right now. But how do we “scale up”? David J. Anderson says, you need to have free time to scale up. How do we find out about free time - we apply Eli Goldratt’s Theory of Constraints, so that we can find out about which parts of your work really matter. In this interactive session we’ll talk about the origins of Herbie & the Theory of Constraints and its impact on value delivery. And we’ll find out what’s prevalent in your organisation: waiting work or waiting people.

Daniel Westermayr is an accredited Kanban Trainer at Colenet GmbH and passionate Enterprise Agile Coach!

When the first agile project in 2015 opened a whole new world, Daniel had already 20+ years experience in leading, managing and coaching of traditional software projects.
He was captivated with agility since he first got in touch with it and has gained experience as Scrum Master, Product Owner and Agile Coach.
Since 2018 he has worked as consultant and coach for teams and leadership levels.
