Our series of Educators’ Calls on postharvest agricultural water started on January 27th with a presentation by FDA personnel about harvest/post-harvest agricultural water requirements. On March 8th, PSA personnel talked about sources of confusion, shared some educational products in development, and gathered valuable input from educators. You told us that growers and packers need simple, practical solutions, so we asked for help.
