How to run a sub 20 minute 5k I Race Day Finale
The day has finally arrived. Today is my scheduled attempt at breaking 20:00 minutes. My wife and my dog make a guest appearance at, in this week's episode. The conditions were perfect at the Hobooken 5K, a flat course, nice weather, great competition, but one thing was missing, a proper warm up. Check out this week's episode to see how I overcame and finished with a great effort to close out my 5K season.
