How to reset Epson C88+ ink level & fix ink cartridge not recognized

We demonstrate how to reset the Epson C88+ ink level to full and also fix the printer if the printer persistently claims that a certain cartridge is out of ink. The symptom will be that the printer rejects all ink cartridges, even if the cartridge is a new OEM.
