Here we are wondering if the next stock market crash is here? I am confident in saying that a major stock market crash of 30% or more is not in the cards for all us investors. We have a chance to set up our portfolios for the next bull run. The next stock market crash is not something that we are set up for. The market is at a decent level for all the stimulus packages passed over the last few months. The idea that the stock market is about to crash is coming from the media and them wanting people to watch their materials in my opinion. I firmly believe that there is no stock market crash coming today. I do not see a stock crash coming and think that we are in a great place to buy for the long term. We need to wonder this - is the stock market going to crash? There will be no stock market crash 2020. Couple this with a good stimulus check update and you have no stock market crash. If you think a market crash 2020 or market crash 2021 is coming, you will be surprised to know that I do not see one coming in either year.
Some believe that the next stock market crash is closer than we think. I am not one that feels the same way. The stimulus from the fed will prop up our stock market and with coordination from other governments around the world, there will be to much stimulus to allow a stock market crash 2020. There are many signs that point to some risk for this stock market, but I firmly believe that any stock market crash will be stopped by more stimulus packages. If the new stimulus checks get mailed out, there should be a quick 5% pop to the market. I feel comfortable with the next stimulus package and the next stimulus check happening in the next month. I think that there are some opportunities out there to avoid the next stock market crash for 2021. Many people will wonder why is the stock market crashing? Any major change in the stock market will be temporary and if given time, we all know that it will recover. I want to reassure that these drops should be considered a buying opportunity.
I think many people want to scream that the next stock market crash is here, but it will not happen with the Fed ready to drop a ton of stimulus on the market in a heartbeat. We have a chance at additional stimulus of over 1.6 trillion dollars, which will push the stock market much higher within weeks. With all this negative news, we need to wonder what are the best shares to buy going forward? If we have the next market crash, I don't think it will happen for quite a few years.
