Operation of LEYSPEC Residual Gas Analyzer

In this video we demonstrate how to operate a LEYSPEC RGA system which is mounted on top of a TURBOLAB pump system. Both local and remote mode are shown. While the local mode allows operation regarding the device's display without an external computer, the remote mode can be used for a detailed analysis of the recorded spectra using the LEYSPEC software.
The video is a supplement and does not replace the user's manual which is the official installation document. For demonstration purposes, we present the spectra when applying air, helium, argon and alcohol.
