Fans were able to get their hands on the new lipsticks before any PR packages were sent to makeup youtubers/reviewers which itself, They started noticing either fibers, holes, bumps, sharp bits, melted or just broken lipsticks. One fan tweeted along with a number of photos of the defective lipsticks, “sis no shade but please can you make a statement about this? numerous people are reporting the same issue. it’s the right thing to do.” Youtuber RawBeautyKristi was lucky enough to receive a PR Box and when comparing the two, the PR box was decent quality, but when she opened the lipstick she purchased, she was horrified to see the quality of the product. She even went under a microscope to take a closer look at one of these lipsticks and it’s scary to see how many little fibers and possible mold spots were found in one order.
