This is different from a regular DUI.
A regular DUI is Vehicle Code 23152 which is misdemeanor driving under the influence.
But DUI Casusing Injury adds something extra,
DUI causing injury can be charged as a felony which can land you in prison from 16 months to up to 6 years or more.
