A Couple Of Nice Places by Murni Ubud Bali 2019

Murni is an institution of her own in Ubud and encompasses all things traditional Balinese.
The Restaurant, Murni's Warung, is steeped in history and full of artefacts, most of which are for sale. It's also a stunning building. There's an attached store where you can buy souvenirs and even pre-loved sarongs. Murni's Houses (Hotel) is spectacular in it's traditional architecture and upkeep mixed with some clever modern twists. If only all Balinese felt the same way about Bali and insisted on keeping tradition alive. It's a state of being too. The culture is waining into a chase for the dollar at the cost of Bali's original beauty. Here, at least, Murni keeps it traditional. #bali
