Installing Ecobee4 - Bypassing Honeywell EIM

Bypassing the Honeywell EIM (Equipment Interface Module) to install the Ecobee4.
I am not an HVAC guy... I am not a smart thermostat guy... I was just frustrated that there are no how-to videos or other visual aids that I could find, so I recorded this to hopefully help someone else having the same issue.
