Inkscape 1.2: Move Objects UP or DOWN

With Inkscape you can draw and edit multiple objects and vectors. But sometimes an object or vector will be on top of another object, and you need it moved underneath (the equivalent of moving down a layer). Here is how you can move images, objects or vectors up or down within Inkscape.
