Seed to Food: Harvesting Sarson, Palak, and Mooli from My Terrace Garden 🌱✨

From seed to plate, here's the journey of growing my own food on my terrace garden! 🌿

On 20th October, I sowed sarson (mustard) seeds, and by 7th December, I was able to harvest them to prepare sarson ka saag with fresh palak (spinach) also grown on my terrace. To complete the meal, I harvested my first mooli (radish) of the season for a fresh salad. 🥗

This isn’t just about gardening; it's about hard work, patience, and the joy of eating chemical-free, homegrown food.
